Pancho de Pepino
Traditional flavor
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of ZUNTE Mezcal
- ½ ounce of Natural Syrup
- ½ ounce of Lime Juice
- Coriander Seeds
- Chile Powder
- Topo Chico to top
- Garnish with Slices & Wheel of Cucumber
Instructions:
- Muddle a dash of Coriander Seeds and slices of Cucumber for a few seconds into a shaker with ice.
- Add ZUNTE Mezcal, Natural Syrup and Lime Juice and mix well.
- Pour the mix into a glass rimmed with Chile Powder.
- Top off with Topo Chico and garnish with a Cucumber Wheel.
