Pancho de Pepino

Traditional flavor

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of ZUNTE Mezcal 
  • ½ ounce of Natural Syrup 
  • ½ ounce of Lime Juice 
  • Coriander Seeds
  • Chile Powder
  • Topo Chico to top
  • Garnish with Slices & Wheel of Cucumber 

Instructions:

  1. Muddle a dash of Coriander Seeds and slices of Cucumber for a few seconds into a shaker with ice.
  2. Add ZUNTE Mezcal, Natural Syrup and Lime Juice and mix well.
  3. Pour the mix into a glass rimmed with Chile Powder.
  4. Top off with Topo Chico and garnish with a Cucumber Wheel.
